If you’ve been invited to a Shootbin project as an Approver or Guest, these guides cover everything you can do inside the project, from viewing photos and leaving feedback to signing contracts and downloading your final files.

Roles at a glance

Shootbin has two roles for non-owners:

Approver

Full review access. You can browse albums, approve or reject photos, add annotations, send the project back for edits, mark it complete, and download delivery files.

Guest

View-only access. You can browse albums and photos and view existing annotations, but you cannot approve, reject, annotate, or participate in the review workflow.
Your role is assigned by the project owner when they invite you. You cannot change your own role, contact the project owner if you need different permissions.
