When the review is complete and the owner triggers delivery, you receive a notification that your files are ready.

How delivery works

The owner generates a ZIP archive of all approved photos in the background. Depending on their delivery settings, it can contain original files, generated sizes such as web or print, and Instagram-ready versions. A generated size may include the owner’s Export Watermark. Original files are never watermarked by Shootbin. Only a package that the owner delivers to the project’s approvers appears for you. A private package they create for themselves is not visible and does not change the project’s delivery status.

Downloading your files

Wait for the package to be ready

After the owner sends the delivery, Shootbin prepares a ZIP archive of all approved photos and selected output sizes.

Download

Once the package is ready, the download button becomes active. Click it to download the ZIP archive to your computer.

Payment requirement (if applicable)

If the owner has set a payment requirement on delivery, you must complete payment before the download becomes available.
Each delivery generates a fresh package. If the owner triggers a new delivery after additional revisions, you’ll receive a new notification and download link.
Export Watermarks are part of selected delivered files. They are different from the watermark you may have seen on proofing previews.

Instagram delivery

If the owner has enabled Instagram delivery, your ZIP archive also contains an Instagram/ folder inside each album. These images are pre-sized for Instagram with the correct dimensions, ready to post without cropping.
