As an approver, you can approve photos, add annotations, and rate images with stars. Guests and downloaders cannot approve photos.

Approve individual photos

Open a photo in an album and click Approve, or press P. Click the same button again to unapprove it. An unapproved photo stays available for comments and later review. If another approver approved a photo, you cannot remove their approval. The button remains available, but clicking it opens a message explaining that someone else approved the photo. The approver who approved it and the project owner can remove it.

Bulk approve

Select multiple photos in the album grid and click Approve in the toolbar.

Rate photos with stars

Click the stars above a photo to give it a personal rating from 1 to 5. Click the selected star again or the clear button beside the rating to remove it. Other approvers can rate the same photo independently, and you only see your own stars. Ratings do not change approval. A rated photo can remain unapproved.
