# Generate a workload list

> Print a project-wide list of approved photos and open annotations for your retouching workflow.

The workload list brings together the photos that need attention across all albums in a project. It includes approved photos and photos with open annotations, grouped by album. Each entry shows the filename, approval status, and any open annotation threads.

## Generate the list

On your project dashboard, click **Generate workload list**. Review the list, then click **Print / Save as PDF** to print it or save a PDF for your retouchers and editors.

## Which annotations appear

Only open annotations appear in the workload list. Resolved annotations and their replies are excluded. If a photo has both open and resolved annotations, only the open threads appear.

A photo with only resolved annotations remains in the list if it is approved, without those annotations. If it is not approved, it does not appear.
