## I can't see the project I was invited to

Make sure you registered with the exact same email address the invitation was sent to. If you're logged in with a different email, log out and use the correct one.

## I can see the project but can't approve or annotate

You're likely invited as a **Guest**, which is a view-only role. Contact the project owner if you need Approver access.

## The project is locked or shows a requirement prompt

The owner may have set a contract or payment requirement. Complete the required step to unlock the project.

## How do I know when there's something new?

Shootbin sends email notifications for new invitations, review requests, annotations, messages, and delivery packages. You'll also see a badge count on the project card on your dashboard.

## Can I invite someone else to the project?

No. Only the project owner can invite and manage members. If someone else needs access, ask the owner to invite them.

## What happens if I'm removed from a project?

If the owner removes you from a project, your access is revoked immediately. You will no longer see the project on your dashboard and cannot open shared links.

## Can I change my role?

No, your role is assigned by the project owner when they invite you. Contact the owner if you need different permissions.

## Do I need to pay for a Shootbin account?

No. Clients and reviewers do not need a paid Shootbin account. You can accept invitations and use the platform for free. Only photographers/studios need a subscription.
